Over this last week, a few of our singers have been enjoying a breather between projects (finished with Figaro, and not yet engulfed by the Rodgers Family recital or the Aida concert!) As we often do, we took advantage of opportunities like this to take the music off campus; to bring the glories of live singing to people in many different kinds of places.
Last week, they were thrilled to sing for patients and families at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (at left), and on Sunday they performed for residents of the Greenspring Retirement Community.
And tonight, as they offered up a short program for friends of one of WTO’s supporters, they got to enjoy a spectacular view of our nation’s capital!
