IF YOU APPLIED FOR NEW YORK
- You should have received your notification on September 23.
- If you received a time slot, you should have confirmed it by September 30.
- If you requested a change, you should hear from us by October 5.
IF YOU APPLIED FOR CHICAGO, PHILADELPHIA, SAN FRANCISCO OR SEATTLE
- You should have received your notification on October 3.
- If you received a time slot, you should confirm it by October 7.
- If you request a change, you should hear from us early in the week of October 10.
IF YOU APPLIED FOR VIENNA’S AWESOME HALLOWEEN AUDITION DATE
- You should receive your notification by October 10.
- If you receive a time slot, you should confirm it by October 14.
- If you request a change, you should hear from us early in the week of October 17.
IF YOU APPLIED FOR CINCINNATI, HOUSTON, OR VIENNA (November)
- You should receive your notification by October 20.
- If you receive a time slot, you should confirm it by October 24.
- If you request a change you should hear from us by October 27.
Phew.
We received a total of 1,052 applications for this fall’s tour. Once again, it is impossible for us to be on the road long enough to hear everyone.
Application screening is a crazy thing. It attempts to make artistic decisions based on bits and bytes of data, and as such, it’s a less than elegant process. It’s a huge and difficult part of our autumn schedule, and although we do the best we can, it’s not definitive. If we weren’t able to schedule you, we still send our best wishes for a calm and productive audition season. Hang in there.
